How to Make a Refreshing Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie


Yogurt is a super food which can help the body in many ways (along with tasting so good). Plus, yogurt is a fascinating food because it has living organisms in it. Thousands of bacteria also live in the human gastrointestinal tract. Scientists do not know exactly what role the bacteria plays, but they believe that it aids in sending information to the brain. Yogurt keeps your gut bacteria happy and healthy. Up your yogurt intake with a refreshing yogurt smoothie for breakfast or a snack.

Pineapple yogurt smoothie recipe

Makes 4 servings.


•1 cup pineapple juice
•1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
•1 large banana or 5 strawberries, frozen
•1 cup vanilla yogurt
•1 cup crushed ice


Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
