In a medium bowl, mix egg, peanut butter and banana. Add oats and whole wheat flour by large spoonfuls and knead to form dough. (if it is sticky, work in more flour until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.) Place dough on wax paper and shape into a log with a 3-inch diameter. Roll up wax paper and place dough in refrigerator for thirty minutes.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius). Grease baking sheet or cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove chilled dough, and slice dough into rounds ¼ inch thick. Place rounds on baking sheets and brush with milk. Bake bites for about 30-35 minutes, or until bites look golden and feel dried out.

Or, if you prefer, roll out dough and cut with dog bone shaped cutters to make dog biscuits. Bake time will vary depending on the size of your cookie cutter.
